EVERY DETAIL EARNS ITS PLACE

Designed by Be-Tecture, Aboré Duplex is a study in quiet restraint. From the herringbone entry floor to the skylit kitchen and glass-wrapped alfresco, every element has been chosen with care and placed with purpose. The kitchen anchors the home, a full-length marble island with fluted timber base sits beneath skylights, flanked by warm oak cabinetry and a stone splashback that runs wall to wall. A concealed butler's pantry keeps the space functional without sacrificing its clean lines.

The living area sits just beyond, with sliding glass walls opening to a covered alfresco dining space, generous enough to entertain, private enough to feel like your own. Inside, a curved lounge, organic coffee table, and deep-toned accent chair bring warmth to an otherwise pale, considered palette.

The staircase is quietly sculptural, timber treads set against crisp white walls, with recessed step lighting that glows at night. The powder room carries the same attention to detail: fluted wall tiles, a marble vanity top, and a frameless rain shower lit from a high window above.

Tyrone Duplex doesn't chase attention. It earns it.
